The shop was established in 1953 by Lajb (Leo) Ryz, a self-taught craftsman who arrived in England in 1939 excelling in the art of bespoke tailoring.
His grandson, Jonathan, has run the shop since 1994, previously working for some of the most famous stores in London's Mayfair and Knightsbridge, before bringing those same standards of excellence to his shop in Reading.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Jonathan has refined the store's offering, giving his clientele an array of specialist clothing brands, personally chosen for their exclusivity, quality and wardrobe longevity.
